Luxibel is proud to announce that the new B BLAST PRO LED Strobe Bar was selected by Painting With Light to illuminate an anniversary edition of this legendary music show.
Last August, VTM recorded a special edition of its iconic music program “Tien Om Te Zien” in Westende at the Belgian coastline. Painting with Light (PWL) was asked to design the lighting show for this popular live and television show.
“I was looking for something new that was also IP65”, states Luc Peumans, founder and owner of Painting With Light. “The Luxibel B BLAST PRO is an interesting and original eye-candy tool for outdoor broadcast applications. The high power white LEDs provided a large dynamic range. The recordings started in daylight and it was nice to have enough power for effects.”
“The combination of the pixel-controlled two RGB strips and the white power LEDs provide atmospheric dynamic backgrounds with powerful white effects. For us, this was the ideal power tool”, Luc says.
The B BLAST PRO is a bright, rugged and powerful strobe and a real eye catcher which can be used in many ways to create all sorts of shapes by connecting them perfectly onto each other. With the versatile locking system, it can be stacked easily in a vertical or horizontal shape or in any other angle, next to or on top of each other.
Apart from powerful, the B Blast Pro is extremely versatile. “The B Blast Pro comes with a couple of different brackets, to make sure you can create the shape you want”, says Hans Vanderheijden, Commercial Director of AED group. “With the B BRACKET PRO, you can even mount the B BLAST PRO vertically under a truss, or stacked vertically on the floor by using a base plate. This unique feature makes it very easy to mount the strobe bar in a quick and safe way.”
